Low Fat Recipe

Truly a Zero Fat Salad Dressing! It's made with tomato juice, lemon, minced onion, salt, oregano, pepper and garlic powder.

Zero Fat Salad Dressing ingredients

Ingredients

1/2 cup tomato juice (or V8)
2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon oregano
Dash black pepper
Dash garlic powder

Recipe Directions

Heat oven to 425-degrees.

Combine all ingredients in jar with tightly fitted top.

Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

Recipe Note

Zero Fat Salad Dressing can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to three weeks in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
