Zero Fat Salad Dressing
Low Fat Recipe
Truly no fat in this dressing! It's made with tomato juice, lemon, minced onion, salt, oregano, pepper and garlic powder.
1/2 cup tomato juice (or V8)
2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon oregano
Dash of black pepper
Dash of garlic powder
Heat oven to 425-degrees.
Combine all ingredients in jar with tightly fitted top.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
This recipe can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to three weeks in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
