Work-Free Orange Roughy Salsa Low Fat Recipe
Make a robust salsa that tantalizes grilled fish fillets with this quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
One medium tomato, finely chopped, (about 1-cup)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 pound orange roughy fillets
Recipe makes four servings.

Directions:
Combine tomato, oil, steak seasoning and thyme. Spread mixture over fish fillets. Place fillets on preheated grill.
Grill ten minutes (do not turn fish) or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
