Fat Free Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pound ground beef 95-percent fat free
1/2 onion, diced
Two egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup water (approximate)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan.
Bake in oven at 350-degrees for approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hour.
Recipe makes six servings.
There is less than one gram of fat per serving which, by FDA standards, can be considered no-fat. (Just be sure you have the 95-percent fat-free meat).
