Monterey Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:
One package (9-ounce or 2-cups) frozen fajita chicken strips
One can of (10-3/4 ounces) 98-percent Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1 tablespoon olive oil
One medium green pepper, cut into strips
One medium onion, sliced
Six (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add pepper and onion and cook until crisp-tender. Add chicken, soup and salsa. Cover and heat through.

Spoon about 1/2-cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and additional salsa. Fold tortilla around filling.

Refrigerate leftovers immediately.

Recipe makes six servings.
