Moist Low Fat Brownies

Ingredients:
Vegetable cooking spray
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
One, (14-ounce) can of fat free sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
Four egg whites
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

Spray a 13-by-9-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.

In a saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and cocoa.

In a small bowl, combine chocolate mixture and remaining ingredients. Turn into prepared pan.

Bake 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool.

Store tightly covered at room temperature.

Recipe makes 18 servings.
