Low Fat Recipe - Fight the Fat!

Speedy and good for you! Use a 12 inch pizza crust pre made and top with the Italian sauce, mushrooms, pepper, onion and mozzarella cheese.

Recipe Ingredients

Topping Ingredients:
3 cups chopped portabello mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 crushed garlic cloves
2 teaspoons fennel seed
1-1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
3/4 teaspoon crushed red bell pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions

Combine topping ingredients.

Good for you Pizza Slice Pizza:
1 12-inch thin pizza crust (such as Boboli)
1 can (8-ounce) tomato sauce, no salt added
1-1/2 cups green bell pepper, chopped
1-1/2 cups of red onion, chopped
3/4 cup shredded part-skim low-fat mozzarella cheese

Place crust on a large pizza pan. Top with the sauce, "sausages", pepper, onion, cheese. Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Cut into 6 slices.
