Low Fat Recipe - Fight the Fat!

There is less than one gram of fat per serving which, by FDA standards, can be considered no-fat. Just be sure you have the 95-percent fat-free meat.
Recipe Ingredients
1-1/2 pound 95 percent fat free ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
2 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup water (approximate)
Recipe Directions
Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan. Bake in oven at 350-degrees for approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hour.
