Monterey Chicken Fajitas

Creamy and packed with great taste this dish is also simple to put together using frozen fajita chicken strips and fat free cream of mushroom canned soup.


2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins


Recipe Directions

In a large skillet, heat oil. Add pepper and onion and cook until crisp-tender. Add chicken, soup and salsa. Cover and heat through.

Spoon about 1/2-cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and additional salsa. Fold tortilla around filling. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
