Skillet Chicken Dijon

Directions: Heat oil in a skillet; then add the minced garlic and cook, stirring often for about 3 minutes. Add the chicken breasts and saute until browned. In a separate bowl, mix wine, soy sauce and mustard. Pour generously over the chicken. Cover and cook until done.
