Low Carbohydrate Recipe

For Crustless Quiche, sprinkle Cheddar and mozarella cheese in large quiche pan then place your ham on top. Mix the cream mixture, pour over all and bake.

Crustless Quiche


1/2 pound chopped ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar
1 cup shredded Mozzarella
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
5 eggs
3/4 cup chopped broccoli
Salt, black pepper, dill, dry mustard to taste

Recipe Directions

Sprinkle cheeses in large quiche or pie pan, lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Put ham and well-drained broccoli over cheese. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake in pre-heated 350-degree oven 30 minutes.

Note:  You can substitute any vegetable you like, if desired.
