Algerian Salad Low Carbohydrate Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cucumber diced
3/4 green bell pepper cored, seeded and diced
1 ounce green olives pitted and chopped
2 teaspoons coriander chopped
1 tablespoon chopped mint plus
1 teaspoon chopped mint
1-1/4 teaspoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil plus
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix thoroughly.
