Faux Rice

Ingredients:
10 ounce bag frozen cauliflower
Butter, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Microwave cauliflower until done; drain well.

Put in food processor with butter.

Salt and pepper and process in short bursts until it looks like rice.
