From here, use your imagination and combine some of the following for a yummy crustless quiche: Ham chopped in cubes Grated cheeses Broccoli flourettes Chopped asparagus A few chopped bell peppers Chopped celery chopped Grated zucchini Fill the egg mixture with one or more of these ingredients and bake for about 30 minutes, or until set and lightly browned.
