Pecan Snacks
Low Carbohydrate Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup raw, unsalted pecans
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspon Sugar Twin brown sugar
Salt to taste, optional

Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add brown sugar, pecans, salt to taste.

Cook over medium heat stirring frequently.

When nuts have browned slightly, empty onto paper towel. Let cool.

Note:  Store in freezer for freshness.

Yield:  1/4-cup.
