Low Carbohydrate Recipe

Another citrus orange dream treat with the tropical flair of coconut. This one uses orange Jello, coconut extract and heavy cream. Very easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

1 large box Orange Jell-O (sugar free)
4 cups boiling water
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
2/3 cup heavy cream

Recipe Directions

Mix large box of jello with boiling water and coconut extract.

Stir well (two minutes). Refrigerate one hour.

Mix into jello, 1-cup heavy cream using an electric mixer. Pour into six ramekins.

Refrigerate for two hours. Serve.
