Another orange treat with the tropical flair of coconut. This one uses orange Jello, coconut extract and heavy cream. Very easy and quick to prepare.

Recipe Ingredients
1 large box Orange Jell-O (sugar free)
4 cups boiling water
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
2/3 cup heavy cream
Recipe Directions
Mix large box of jello with boiling water and coconut extract.
Stir well (two minutes). Refrigerate one hour.
Mix into jello, 1-cup heavy cream using an electric mixer. Pour into six ramekins.
Refrigerate for two hours. Serve.
