Tropical Orange Creamsicle
Low Carbohydrate Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounces unsweetened canned lite coconut milk
5 ice cubes
1/2 cup very cold heavy cream
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

3 tablespoon DaVinci vanilla syrup 1/2 teaspoon Sugarfree Tang or Orange Juice

Directions:
Mix coconut milk, ice cubes and heavy cream in blender until ice is crushed well.

Add remainder of ingredients and enjoy this tropical creamy treat!

This recipe yields 1 serving.

4 to 5 grams per serving (depending on Protein powder used).
