Directions: In a food processor, pulse tuna and parsley until parsley is finely chopped. Add butter and lemon juice; process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with blanched vegetables or controlled carb crackers. This recipe yields 8 servings.
