Low Carbohydrate Recipe
Cinnamon Crispas taste just like the "real thing" from Taco Bell! Only these use pork rinds and packets of sweetener.
1 bag (3-4 ounces) plain pork rinds
15 packets sweetener
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon organic cinnamon
Drizzle melted butter over the rinds or put in a plastic bag and shake well to coat.
Mix Splenda and cinnamon in a paper bag, then drop pork rinds into bag and shake well.
If the Crispas become soft or soggy, place them in a warm oven until they crisp up again.
Recipe makes 4 servings
3 carbohydrates per serving.
