Cinnamon Hot Cereal

Low Carb Recipe

A mixture of flax meal and vanilla protein powder topped with butter, cinnamon, sugar subsitute and cream.

Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons flax meal
3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
2/3 cup water
1 dash salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Sugar substitute to taste
1/4 cup heavy cream, well chilled

Recipe Directions

Cinnamon Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth. Microwave approximately 2 minutes.

Top with butter, sugar substitute, cinnamon and cream.
