Cheese Ball

Low Carb Recipe

Cheese spread, blue cheese, cream cheese, onion and pecans make up this delicious and pretty cheese ball.

Recipe Ingredients

5 ounces cheese spread
4 ounces blue cheese wedge, crumbled
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup pecans

Cheese Ball

Recipe Directions

Mix all ingredients except pecans together and shape into a ball.

Roll in crushed pecans. Chill well before serving.
