Breakfast of Champions
Low Carbohydrate Recipe
No, not the cereal, but pork rinds! For Breakfast of Champions, crumble them up and add macadamia nuts, sweetener, cinnamon, heavy cream and water all in a cereal bowl.
1 cup crumbled pork rinds
1 ounce Macadamia nuts, chopped
1 packet sugar substitute (or to taste)
Cinnamon to taste
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
Crumble pork rinds in a cereal bowl.
Mix in nuts.
Sprinkle with sweetner and cinnamon.
Add cream mixed with water (half).
