Cattle Ranch Beef Spread
Low Carbohydrate Recipe
You know how good beef jerky is, right? Well, that's the beef used in this recipe along with cream cheese, sour cream, onions, peppers, Worcestershire and pepper to taste.
1/3 cup finely-chopped beef jerky (about 3 oz)
1 package cream cheese (8 oz), soft
1/2 cup sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Mix beef, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, green pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Add black pepper to taste.
Let stand 1 hour for flavors to blend.
This recipe yields 1 cup for 8 servings
