Low Carbohydrate Recipe

A tasty Baked Pizza Dip that really does taste like pizza with its Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce and green and red peppers.

Baked Pizza Dip


8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper

Recipe Directions

Beat cream cheese and seasonings with electric mixer on medium speed until well-blended.

Spread mixture on the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Top with 1 cup of the mozzerella cheese, pizza sauce, and then the remaining 1 cup of mozzerella cheese and then the peppers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted. Serve with pork rinds, if desired.
