Bacon and Onion Dip
Low Carbohydrate Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pint sour cream
Two scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons bacon bits *
1/2 package ranch-style dip mix

Directions:
Mix dip mix into sour cream. Add chopped scallions, reserving a small portion for garnish.

Serve dip in a flat bowl and sprinkle bacon bits and reserved scallions on top.

Serve with pork rinds and celery sticks.

Note:
Real bacon bits are recommended for best flavor, as opposed to the artificially flavored type used as a salad topper.

* No-salt or lightly salted nuts are recommended.
