Oriental Grilled Chicken
Low Carbohydrate Recipe

Ingredients:
Two boneless chicken (or four halves)
1/2 cup soy sauce
One packet sugar substitute
1/2 cup rice wine
1 tablespoon sesame oil
One scallion, chopped
1-inch ginger root, peeled and chopped

Recipe makes four servings.

Directions:
Cut chicken breast into halves. Mix remaining ingredients together in a shallow pan large enough to hold breast in one layer. Place breast in marinade, turning to coat and rubbing marinade into breast. Marinate at least one hour and as long as overnight.

Grill chicken over hot coals or under broiler.
