Low Carbohydrate Recipe

Cook up these delicious turkey loaves in muffin pans and serve with the pineapple flavored sauce using sugar free pineapple juice.

Turkey Loaves

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup pork rinds
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons cream
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Sauce

1 cup sugar free pineapple syrup
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon not/Starch
1 teaspoon parsley

Recipe Directions

Mix loaf ingredients. Pack into 6 large greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Combine sauce ingredients in pan and heat until thickened.

Pour sauce over loaves.

Variation: Ham Loaf

Smoked Ham on Plate 1/2 pound ground smoked ham
6 ounces ground pork
1 egg
1/2 cup pork rinds, crushed
2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ham, ground pork, eggs and bread crumbs in bowl. Put in loaf pan and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Mix brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce together. Spread over loaf during last 15 minutes of baking. Serves 3 at 3 carbs each.
