The bread is a litle dry, but good for making toast or French toast with a lot of butter. You can add basil or other herbs instead of the sweetener and cinnamon.
This recipe makes a loaf about 1-inch high and the slices look like biscotti.

Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy isolate
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons Sweetener
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients in bowl with whisk until smooth. Spread into bottom of loaf pan.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes, let cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling.

Ingredients
1/2 cup water -- warmed
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon oil
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup gluten flour
1 cup oat flour
2 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon sugar (to feed the yeast)
Directions
To your bread machine add the ingredients in the order given above. Use the dough setting and take out and bake in a normal bread pan. 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
