Frozen Pudding Dessert
Low Carbohydrate Recipe
Frozen Pudding Dessert uses softened cream cheese mixed with heavy cream, chocolate pudding mix and sweetener, then frozen for a great summer time treat. These are great!
8 ounces soft cream cheese
1-1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 small package chocolate pudding - dry powder
4 packets sweetener (such as Stevia)
Whip together and spoon into cake decorating bag with large tip. Or use baggie and cut one corner off. Turn out drops about cookie size on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Freeze, then transfer to container and keep in freezer.
Note: Can use any flavor pudding mix. Try vanilla with a fruit flavored extract or Davinci's syrup. Also try 1/2 container of Crystal Light lemonade instead of extract and cut back on sweetener.
Recipe makes 30 servings (thin slices)
