Success In A Skillet

Ingredients:
3-1/2 ounce Success Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice, one bag
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 cup turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
1/2 cup stewed tomatoes, drained
3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions.

In a large skillet, cook onions and mushrooms until tender.

Add turkey, peas, stewed tomatoes, lemon pepper, salt, and water.

Reduce heat to low; simmer until water has absorbed, about 5 minutes.

Stir in rice.

Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

Makes 8 servings.
