Spaghetti With Chili Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 cup
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound ground chicken breast, skinless
16 ounce dark red kidney beans, canned, drained
14-1/2 ounce can crushed tomatoes
3/4 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound thin spaghetti, cooked
Directions:
In a skillet, cook onions, garlic, and chicken until vegetables are tender and chicken is no longer pink.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Cook until heated through.
Serve over spaghetti.
