Skillet Pizza

Ingredients:
7 oz. Success Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice, two bags
20 slices reduced fat turkey pepperoni
1cup pizza sauce
8 oz. fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions.

In a skillet, combine rice, pepperoni slices, pizza sauce, and one cup cheese. Cook over medium heat; stirring, until thoroughly heated. Top with remaining cheese.
