Mango Mania
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2-1/2 cups diced fresh mango
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon ground dried ginger
3-5 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine fat free milk and yogurt in a blender.
Add mango, lime juice and ground ginger.
Blend for about 15 seconds, then add the ice cubes one at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Makes 4 servings.
