Chilled Beet and Raspberry Soup

Ingredients:
2 cups pickled beets, sliced
1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup potato, cooked
2 cups water
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Puree all ingredients together.

Chill and serve.
