Tropical Berry Blast
Ingredients:
1 medium banana - quartered
8 ounces crushed pineapple - drained
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries - thawed
Directions:
In a food processor, combine banana quarters, pineapple, milk, and strawberries.
Process until smooth.
Serve immediately.
