Basic Beef and Beans
Ingredients:
1/4 pound lean ground beef
1 cup tomato pasta sauce
1/2 pound canned baked beans
Directions:
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain.
Stir in tomato pasta sauce and baked beans.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 5 minutes.
For a variation, use lean ground turkey in place of the beef.
Makes 2 servings.
