This Quick and Easy Fruit Cobbler truly is SO easy but tastes like you fussed! Just pour apple pie filling into a baking pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, stir remaining ingredients together for topping and bake.

Quick and Easy Fruit Cobbler


21 ounce can apple pie filling
1 teaspon cinnamon

1 cup low fat baking mix
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. Spoon apple pie filling into prepared pan. Then, sprinkle cinnamon over top. Meanwhile, to prepare topping, combine baking mix, milk, sugar, and margarine in a mixing bowl. Drop by spoonfuls on top of filling. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with low-fat vanilla ice cream or fat free Cool Whip Whipped Topping.
