Spaghetti With Chili Sauce

A delicious chicken based chili sauce with Italian seasonings served over thin cooked spaghetti.

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound ground chicken breasts, skinless
16 ounces dark red kidney beans, canned, drained
14-1/2 ounce can crushed tomatoes
3/4 teaspoon cumin
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound thin spaghetti, cooked

Recipe Directions

Spaghetti In a skillet, cook onions, garlic, and chicken until vegetables are tender and chicken is no longer pink. Stir in crushed tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Cook until heated through. Serve over spaghetti.
