Salsa Soup
Low Calorie Recipe

This easy soup is elegant. If you don't like spicy foods, use mild salsa. The yogurt also cuts the spiciness.

Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup vegetable stock
2/3 cup salsa
2/3 cup non-fat yogurt

Recipe makes 4 servings.

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. Chill and serve. Garnish with chopped cucumber.
