Mix with remaining ingredients and form into 8 patties. Grill or barbecue about 8 minutes per side. Top with low-fat yogurt or sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes or cucumbers, chopped green or red pepper, and chopped green onion. Serving Suggestion: Serve with Low-Calorie Guacamole, Nachos, and Salsa Soup.
In same skillet, combine sauerkraut and onions. Stir in rice and water. Add balls and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 30 minutes or until rice is done.
