Combine milk and yogurt in a blender and add mango, lime juice and ground ginger. Blend for about 15 seconds, add ice cubes for a most refreshing beverage.

This recipe will make four stanard beveage servings of this tasty Mango treat. If you're really thirsty, double it up - this slides down easily - but do be sure to double the nutrition counts, as well. Nutrition data is below. Enjoy!
1/4 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2-1/2 cups diced fresh mango
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon ground dried ginger
4 ice cubes
Recipe Directions
Combine fat free milk and yogurt in a blender. Add mango, lime juice and ground ginger. Blend for about 15 seconds, then add the ice cubes one at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
