Easy and quick to prepare using your microwave mix yogurt, lemon juice, corn syrup and vanilla extract for this tangy citrusy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients

Lemon sauce goes great over fish and-or vegetables!

1 cup drained no-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

This recipe can serve four to six people a side dish serving. Nutrition data below created for 5 servings. Adjust accordingly.

Lemons Heat in microwave about 3 minutes on medium or in a saucepan over medium-low heat just till heated through.
