Low Calorie Recipe
Every single ingredient in this salsa recipe contains nutritious health benefits! Combine ingredients in non-aluminum bowl. Will need to cover and let stand several hours at room temperature, or overnight in fridge before serving.
1/4 cup onion, chopped
8 plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 red onion, diced
2 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground roasted cumin
1/4 cup lime juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in non-aluminum bowl. Cover and let stand several hours at room temperature, or overnight in fridge.
This recipe can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to three weeks in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
