Health Winds Salsa Low Calorie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, chopped
8 plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 red onion, diced
2 jalapeno, peppers diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1/2 tsp. Ground roasted cumin
1/4 cup lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine ingredients in non-aluminum bowl. Cover and let stand several hours at room temperature, or overnight in fridge.
