Summer Squash Julienne
Low Calorie Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup thin sliced scallion
2 medium zucchini cut into 2-inch julienne strips
2 medium yellow squash, cut into 2 in. julienne strips
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped fine

This recipe serves 4.

Directions:
Dry saute onion over medium-high heat until soft. Add zucchini, squash and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook until vegetables are tender-about 5 minutes.
