Ingredients:
1 medium banana, quartered
8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, thawed

Recipe makes 2 servings Tropical Berry Blast.

Directions:
In a food processor, combine banana quarters, pineapple, milk, and strawberries. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
