4 rice cakes
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons light cream cheese, softened
7 ounces mandarin orange segments, drained
3/4 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup strawberries, sliced


Recipe Directions


Spread cream cheese over rice cakes and top with fruit.
