Spiced Grape and Yogurt Low Calorie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 cup seedless red or black grapes

Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Add grapes and stir gently until well coated.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Recipe makes one serving Spiced Grape and Yogurt.
