Spiced Grape and Yogurt

Lowfat vanilla yogurt spiced with cinnamon and cardamom with seedless green and red or black grapes. Sweet, packed with nutrients and calcium and low in calories.
Recipe Ingredients
1/4 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 cup seedless red or black grapes

Recipe Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add grapes and stir gently until well coated.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
