Low Calorie Recipe
Cubed bread turned into crunchy treats flavored with Parmesan cheese and garlic and drizzled in butter.
1-3/4 cup Bite size bread pieces
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder to taste
Tear enough bread into bite-size pieces to make 1-3/4 cup.
Melt 1-tablespoon butter in a small skillet. Remove from heat.
Stir in 1-tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese and a dash of garlic powder.
Spread the cubes in an 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Drizzle butter mixture over bread; toss to coat.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350-degree oven about 15 minutes or until browned and crisp, stirring the mixture once.
Cool, then crunch!
