Orange Sunshine Smoothie
Ingredients: The Original Sunshine Smoothie!Antioxidant citrus and pineapple juices combined with bananas, so rich in potassium and phosphorus, are a lovely way to welcome in the bright sunshine and warmer weather of spring.Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, broken into several pieces 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed 1 cup lemon or orange low-fat yogurt or soy yogurt Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smoothly pureed.
