Orange Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup crushed (or cubed) ice
1 tablespoon Splenda

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.

The Original Sunshine Smoothie!

Antioxidant citrus and pineapple juices combined with bananas, so rich in potassium and phosphorus, are a lovely way to welcome in the bright sunshine and warmer weather of spring.

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, broken into several pieces
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
1 cup lemon or orange low-fat yogurt or soy yogurt


Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smoothly pureed. Or place in a container and process with an immersion blender. Serve at once in tall glasses.

Serves 2 to 3.
