Grasshopper Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoons 1% milk
7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
1/4 cup Green Crème De Menthe
2 tablespoons White Crème De Cacao
8 ounces frozen fat free Cool Whip, thawed
3 cups vanilla low fat Ice cream, softened
2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Combine crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Stir with fork until moist. Press into a 9-inch spring form pan. Chill.
Combine the next 2 ingredients in a micro safe bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute, stirring once.
Add the next 3 ingredients to the mixture and stir until combined.
Spread ice cream into the pie crust pan, top with the marshmallow mixture.
Freeze 6 hours.
Drizzle with the chocolate syrup. Serve.
