Fruit in Chocolate Pool

Tip: Fresh figs are a good combination with this chocolate sauce. However, you can use any fruit – kiwi, berries, pineapple, banana, or anything you like.

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon sugar OR Splenda
Fresh fruit, cut into bite size pieces
8 mint leaves

Directions:
Stir the cocoa and milk together until smooth.

Heat lover low heat for one minute, stirring until smooth.

Stir in the sugar or Splenda.

Pour 1/4 of the sauce into each of four dessert plates.

Arrange your fresh fruit around the edges of the chocolate.

Garnish with mint leaves.
